Return & Cancellation Policy

Return Window

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange an item within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) is required. 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: Items marked as final sale or clearance. Customized or altered products. Gift cards or vouchers.

Return Process

  • Email us at [info@sanskruti.com] within 7 days of receiving your order, mentioning your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
  • Ship the product back to us using a trackable courier service.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange. 

Shipping Costs for Returns 

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • For exchanges, your replacement product will be shipped within 2–3 working days after approval.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [info@sanskruti.com] with clear photos, and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
